| I so hope that Dimitri doesn't die! I don't want him to be dead forever. Hopefully, there's a way for Rose to bring him back from the dead if he does die or that he turns him back into the way he used to be. I think Lissa will have to help Rose with something some way. [i] |

| im also interested to see what happens to lissa while rose is away? i mean shes a typical damsel in distress, something will happen, the question is what?!?! what im hoping will happen is: rose finds dimitri, most likely with her conection to the spirt world. she caves and doesnt kill him. but he somehow becomes a dhampir again... and until i read the book i think i will cling to this =] |

| I am also a fan of Dimitri. However I fear he will be finished off in the next book. Even though I am a fan of their romance (Dimitri and Rose) I feel Adrian is going to step into the picture. I hope I am wrong! |

Somehow I just can't believe that because RM said herself that Adrian was only meant to have a small part in the book; to annoy Rose. But his character took on a life of it's own. I doubt she'd change the whole end of the book to make it so that Rose ends up with Adrian when he was only meant to have a small role. I think she'll stay with Dimitri. Now... whether she remains dhampir is something to be argued. |

| I don't think (or hope) that Rose will end up with Adrian in the end.. I like him, but she's supposed to be with Dimitri :p And if Dimitri died, I don't really think that she would be together with Adrian or anyone else for a looooooong time.. I don't think she would ever get over Dimitri, even though she wanted to :3 |

| I'm going to be really interested to see what role Adrian and indeed Lissa and Christian play in the next book. If Rose is off searching for Dimitri and they are stuck at school it doesnt really leave a lot of room for them to be in the book, given the book is told from Rose's perspective.
As for the cover description thingy....we kinda knew everything on there didnt we? Dimitri has gone bad, Rose is going off to save/kill him, it's gunna be hard..... |

I know that's what I hope too. I mean Adrian's a nice guy. Yeah, but Rose is not for him. She loves Dimitri. It would take a long time for her to get over him if he does die. [Which hopefully he doesn't] |

| yeah i love Adrian but rose would never get over Dimitri and she'd probs end up like her mom, dedicating her life to protecting Moroi.
I think that while rose is gone Lissa would do something totally insane, trying to get rose's attention. The guardians would then have to find rose and bring her back to 'get through' to her. If Lissa and adrian did heal dimitri and adrian was the sacrifice, rose would miss him a lot but not in a romantic way because they have a love/hate relationship of best friends. |
