RM just revealed the cover of The Golden Lily (book 2 in the Bloodlines series) on her blog. She says it will be releasing May 2012.

Here is what RM said about the cover:

I love the way they designed the name... with the vine swirl look. so pretty :-)

I like how they included Jill as well, and you can definitely tell the same Sydney has been used, and like Tasha I really like the writing...but I feel like it's too white. I want more colour in the background. They can keep the white hazy look around the title, and keep the girls looking innocent and pale, but because they're both blonde, they blend too much with the background.

Doesn't have Adrian on it but I still like this cover a lot.
Why did Richelle have to give it to us now? It's not coming out for ten months.

We need a Bloodlines section in this forum.

I LOVE it. I love how Jill is on it and I like the models they are using. Now that we know the title and cover for book 2, I'm curious about 3 and who will be on it. I hope it'll be Eddie. I think they all deserve some cover time

I think the girl they picked to portray Jill couldn't be more perfect. I hope they use her again if Jill is to be on any of the other covers. I also like how the swirly vines of the lilies aren't the same as Bloodlines with the roses, but they're still so similar that they go together.

The only thing I don't like about the Bloodlines covers is how overexposed the models look. I think it sort of throws off the aesthetic of the cover with the deathly white skin and dull looking hair but with random vibrant accents (i.e. the eyes, lips, etc)... but I'm willing to get over it. Hopefully The Golden Lily will end up being more gold and metallicy embossed on the final cover.

I also hope Eddie will appear on a cover eventually.

i think its a really pretty cover! i wish we could get the first chapter of bloodlines though!

awe , no problem loves. I saw it up this morning on Bloodlines the official global page on facebook. I figured everyone here already knew about, ya'll usually know everything before me , i usually find out everything by coming on SB LOL. I haven't read it yet. Waiting for idk what, maybe c if i can hold out until the book :-)
