I came across something in Frostbite. I might be reading too much into it though, idk. On pg 43, rose is talking to dimitri about how silver stakes are made of the four elements (air, fire, earth and water), then she frowns and considers, "except spirit". so i was thinking, what if the silver stakes are forged with spirit as well? what would it do to it? make it more powerful? what if rose uses this so-called spirit-forged silver stake to "kill" Dimitri? again, i have no clue why that stood out to me this time around reading it..

You never know what a Spirit charged stake would be able to do. I guess it'd make it more powerful, but it would probably depend on what powers the Spirit user contained. Spirit isn't straight forward as the rest of the elements, so I wonder if it's harder to control in that sense.

As for the eyes, they're definitely changing, so don't worry you're not insane or anything.

omd u r right that is creepy she kannot go strigoi she belives way to strongly abot it then again that's what we thot abot dimitri too grr i don't like not knowing what hapens t odimitri

and as for the whole spirit stake idea i noticed that also and thot itwas strange and it got be wondering about spirit powers cuz ms karp and lissa did the same thing and she reckognized it right away (after processing the shock that is) but adrian does something completly different with the dream walking and seeing auras


which got me wondering what other kinds of spirit powers are there cause they all seem to manifest in different ways

and now that i've been ont his site so much can't stop thinking about blood promise and what is going to happen to dimitri i don't like this i'm to distracted by all of this

A spirit-infused stake may not be more powerful given the affect that spirit-charmed objects seem to have on Strigoi....see Blood Promise.

It would be confusing trying to figure out what a guardian could do with a sliver stake blessed with spirit and yep Rose's eyes are changing every several seconds kinda creepy isn't it?
