marriage should not be an ultimatem or bargaining chip. Thats the least romantic thing ever. it's a very controlling trait, which I guess edwards character is so it works for that movie i guess. i think that's lame though. I still have yet to see the movie. I'm more interested in the effects and how they portrayed the wolves.

I guess if Lissa might have to choose between marrying Christian or risk the Dragomir Bloodline's extinction, it would have been a more epic[win] story[or a better part for it!] than Edward's and Bella's more fail-filled results, at least somewhat?

pretty much yeah. But they were just joking around there. Like you said Christian's controlling is nil.Dimitri has a bit of controlingness but he is Rose's teacher and mentor who has to look out for her. His jealousy does sometimes take over though like when he first found her in Adrian's room in SK. It's not possessive the way edwards is.
