I agree with you. And I don't want someone else in my head and experience certain incounters with other people

I have enough demons of my own and I'm already really empathic to others and their situation. I attach to people really easily. I just don't think personally i would be able to carry that kind of burden. I would be on the express train to crazy town.

It would be soooooo cool to be shadow kissed! I mean, I already believe in ghosts and I empathize with people pretty well. I have had some strange experiences and being in someone else's head isn't really that creepy to me. Also, having one person you could absolutely depend on like that would be awesome. I also think it would be great to be the gaurdian to the one who saved you, like Rose and Lissa, because you always know if your charge is in danger or not. Also, with them continually finding new spirit-associated abilities, maybe it could also be turned the other way around. I could spoil a bit and talk about Blood Promise, but I really dont like riuning it for anyone who hasn't read it yet. I did that once for a friend and then he was mad at me for telling him, so I won't put spoilers !

Aslong as I am the shadow kissed then I'm fine. Unless it's a two way then no.

I think being shadowkissed would have its ups and downs.
Ups: If something was wrong with your "other half", you could always check up on them to see if they were okay. They would have better protection because you'd know what was going on with them. It would also be neat to be able to know you're always with that person (in a way...).

Downs: It could feel like a total invasion of privacy. If something personal were happening, I'd feel so bad if I were the one snooping in on the other person's moment... and if I were the one (in Lissa's shoes, lets say) who "my other half" saw into, I would get pretty peeved at times if I knew they were "spying in" on me. It could be annoying if the shadow kiss just randomly popped into place, too, if you were trying to focus on something and then all of a sudden... you're "not you" anymore but seeing the other person.
That would suck to happen while driving... Just sayin'.

So for me: I'd probably turn it down.

I would also have my moments to feel awkward, knowing that I had died but the other person brought me bad. I deffinetly know I would have "What if..." questions running through my head a lot.
"What if ____ never helped me?"
"What if _____ wasn't there?"
and so on...

It would be cool, but, no thanks. However, I'd do it, if it was only for a few days... ^^
