I'm not lissa's biggest fan but I don't want her to die. I don't think Richelle would do that but anything is possible. The only person we know for sure will survive is Rose-everyone else isn't a guarentee, even Lissa.

What I'd like to know is if it is Lissa's thoughts, then how does she know that is the place she will die? Does she become psychic?

These teaser quotes already having me asking too many questions when I haven't even started reading the book yet.

They're just so cryptic. Which I guess is better, because that way they're not actually spoiling anything, but it would be nice if we could work out some of what was going on.

Yeah it would be nice for some clues. May 18th just seems sooooo far away even though its only a few weeks away.

I actually prefer these sorts of teaser quotes though. I like that we have no idea who's saying them...it makes me insane not knowing, but then you're really not being spoiled at all, they could be random lines from any book for all we know...so it's fun and unspoiler-y at the same time

Quote three has to be Dimitri. "Eternity" and the fact that he wanted Rose to join him, but is now going to kill her.

I think we have turned in Vampire Academy Series Experts on quotes. I would like to thank my english teacher for giving me the best english lessons, because all he does is make us remember quotes.

2 I'm thinking it's Rose listening on Lissa or just her observing a situation with Tatiana (I hope she dies)

I think the second one is from Rose's perspective.
Inclined to think that the first one involves Victor.
The last one I'm betting Dmitri.

Quote 1: Is about Rose and Lisa. I don't see how it could be anyone else, Victor is manipulative but I don't think he ever thought he would have anything to hold over those two to get them to break him out. I think he was intentionally holding out for people like Abe to eventually 'break him out'.

Quote 2: Rose obviously, since it is in her perspective.

I think quote two isn't about dimitri threatening her life, but someone else. Maybe he even saves her.

I don't think Richelle Mead is going to kill of dimitri in this book, if she would kill him off it would be in the last book.

I hope she doesn't kill him off though I kind of want him to be unstrogitized in this book.
