I just barely saw his fist striking out toward my head...and then I saw nothing at all.

Dimitri:"Why did you come here" he asked at last
Rose:"Because you hit me on he head and dragged me here." If I was going to die, I was going to go on true rose style.

"Stop fighting me!" he said, trying to pull on the arm he held.
He was in a precarious postiton himself,straddling the rail as he tried to lean over far enough so that I wasn't in total danger of falling again.
See, here's the thing. In that moment before I let go, I really had been contemplating my death. I'd come to terms with it and accepted it. I also, however, had known Dimitri might do something exactly like this. He was just that fast and that good. That was why I was holding my stake in the hand that was dangling free.
I looked him in the eye, "I will always love you."
Then plunged the stake into his chest.
It wasn't as precise a blow as I would have liked, not with the skilled way he was dodging. I struggled to get the stake in deep enough to his heart,unsure if I could do it from this angle. Then, his strugglesstopped. His eyes stared at me, stunned, and his lips parted, almost into a smile, albeit a grisly and pained one.
That's what I was supposed to say..." he gasped out.
Those were his last words."

my favourite scene was when dimitri's grandmother yuri had rose carry all those boxes to the girls house but also when rose and dimitri unite again and the next morning. ^.^

Yeah it was but i think he meant it.

I think he meant it, too. The lust spell only made them stop resisting the thing that was already building between the two of them.

I so agree i wonder if they didn't have the lust spell if they would've gotten together.

I loved that scene, it was so awesome. We didn't know at first that there was a spell, so I was quite surprised at how quickly the things were suddenly developing, lol. But I didn't mind

Neither do i, their together now so nothing else matters

hah i know that lust charm worked fast But even before that they had there moments like when they were training and stuff.

The lust charm didn't change anything, it just sped things up

It was really good but i still love the sex scene in shadow kiss <3 so sad

The sex scene was written beautifully... And it's so sad that right after everything seemed to be fixed, that happened to Dimitri.. terrible.
