It would be stupid if rose didn't go because Dimitri wouldn't have ever come back to see her because he didn't want to have to change her unless she chose to come to him. i don't think i would like the stories if Dimitri wasn't in them anymore and we were just supposed to think he turned strigoi and ran off somewhere. Their wouldn't be any "climax" to the series then except rose had to fight to be lissa's guardian and then go off with her somwhere.

No, she definitely has to go! She loves him, they have given a promise... Even if she didn't it's de stupid NOT to find him, either to change him, or to kill him, or at least to know where he is...
